What to say except Ouch… For back pain it was because of AC, I have become quite supceptable to feeling unvell near AC devices… My family turned it on, I didnt have energy to move from the spot where it was blowing and there is your back pain. I have spent whole night in bath tub full of veeeeeery hot water, it helps, for pain.
Lymph edema, i have gained 10 kg in a Week… all of it water, mainly in my legs. Time to think about walking stick, but I cant walk much few hndert metars and thaat is it. I dont have problem with driving more or less.
Fortunately bath tub helps with edema too. At least i think/hope, as medicines in doses Ineed to fight lymph Edema are kiling my kidneys, last time i had eGFR 15, 19 is limit for dialisis and normal is over 60. so I was in dark place, and then water just started leaving my body, I could reduce drugs and now my eGFR is around 30 not good but good enougth…
Todays plans: i will do some housekeeping in Boleč, with my son Marko… Read Marko will do all the work while I am sitting and nagging. Also work on few mor link pages which are unpublished yet. maby I will clean landing page a bit, or at least change ocean pictures with other ocean pictures. And yes i am designing some PCBs and i just cant finish, there is alwas something, and yes I am designing some adapter for vacuum cleaner, so maby I will do that first it is The least job I just need to design one special ring mabu 30 min of work for me (i am not realy good at 3d modeling, Marko knowss everything… in 16… He is Briliant…………….
